The app claims to be multilingual, but actually isn't: 1. You cannot have multilingual manually translated reviews (this is important, as AI translators make mistakes) 2. You cannot have manually translated multilingual interfaces for different markets. It HAS to be auto-translated. Which isn't professional Also their file import requires both - product handle and product ID to be present. Avada support is nice and friendly as always, but this particular product is useless for me.

We’re sorry to hear that Air Product Reviews didn’t fully meet your expectations, especially around multilingual support. We’d like to clarify and address the points you raised: 1. Manual translation for review content At the moment, review content is translated automatically. Manual translations are not yet supported because this feature is closely tied to review syncing and scalability, particularly for stores with a large number of reviews. That said, your feedback has been shared with our product team, and we’re actively exploring better solutions for this use case. 2. Manual translation for widget interfaces Manual translation for the widget interface is actually supported. Merchants can switch the store to the target language, edit the widget text fields manually, and then re-sync via the Multi-language feature. We’ve also recently added Estonian and Finnish to better support different markets. 3. Review import file requirements We apologize for the confusion here. The product ID column is optional. As long as the product handle is provided, the import will work even if the product ID field is left empty. We agree this should be communicated more clearly and are improving our documentation. We genuinely value feedback like yours as it helps us improve the product.
