It was a little clunky and took a bit to figure some things out. The figuring out takes about 2 minutes. Pretty easy and seams to work great

I have to say that Aiva is very powerful with their targeting features and customization. The integration with Shopify is nice and will allow some good customization and interesting popups and widgets to collect leads and improve the overall site. It's really outstanding how precisely you can target an user with their options that will fine tune the widgets based on your needs. Unfortunately along with such powerful features there are some important CONS and that's why i rated them 3 stars. These are: - UI which is a bit outdated and clunky (but has a lot of features into the builder) than can be overwhelming for the average user. -"preview" of the mobile version of the widgets is missing -Option to resize at once all the elements on the page to keep their proportions maintained is not present, so you have to potentially work one element by one if you want to use their ready made template. -The widgets are not responsive, this is mandatory and i hope they will fix this. Now they can be set with a fixed with and height but won't resize based on the browser viewport which is a basic usability standards nowadays. -Not many native integrations (there is a webhook integration....but no docs on the site), If they will add some new ones and that would be great, especially cause i think where AIVA shines is into the lead gen forms to collect email. Last note : the support for us has been awesome, jumped on a quick call and explained most of the features we wanted to discuss. If they can fix these points that i think are very important, this could be a TOP player. I would be very happy to review with more stars if they keep developing/ fixing these!

Does what it is supposed to do!, These people know good design and I was blown away with the results of my own popup which took only 2 minutes to setup and send!

Excellent app to create pop ups; easy to use and plenty of features that don't require an upgrade. Many templates to pick from although I usually go with a custom design, and there is enough customization allowed to make it come out pretty. My favorite feature is that customer support is usually online and ready to help via chat while I am working on stuff. Highly recommend.

First of all, I have never been so impressed with assistance and suggestions like this and the manor of which they were delivered. (I received an unsolicited email with a video link of Corina talking and walking me through suggested changes and they were spot on). Its not that her suggestions were earth shattering but they we spot on and I am new to all of this and her help was well...so helpful! Thank you again and i wish all my vendors did this! So cool!!

Aiva is the best value in its class. After evaluating several well known pop-up/up-sell tools in the Shopify marketplace, I picked Aiva because it has advanced targeting and design options. For example, show pop-ups to visitors arriving only from Facebook ads while also excluding or including certain landing pages for the same audience. Its targeting is as good or better than higher priced options. It also has a fairly good WYSIWYG design editor that comes with a selection of decent templates to start with. The design editor does get a bit finicky. Even with its quirks, I have always been able to accomplish what I set out to do. Chat support is usually quick and helpful.

I used this to help create a demand with a promo code popup! So happy to be able to use this so easily and without complication. Will recommend to others!
