I used this app for pop up alerts for customers to check off on. There are many features to make it conducive to your needs. Tons of options to create what you need for pop ups.

Tried using it for several weeks. The MAJOR issue is that the pop up windows are malfunctioning: They often do not close upon clicking the "X" button to close it. This is not something only we noticed internally, but customers contacted us to report the issue. Our web sales plummeted during the time it was up.

Great app! The options available are the best I've seen, the live chat support was quick and efficient, and it's free.

Super easy to use. Works really well and able to tailer to exactly what I wanted both in terms of layout and branding.

I'm really impressed with this app, it's great! However, I've been having issues with the countdown timer on mobile. I've contacted support but nothing yet, I disabled mobile while it gets fixed. UPDATE: I received great support from the team thank you Steven for fixing the glitch on the mobile pop up. I'm super happy with this app and how customisable it is, keep up the good work guys! :)

It could potentially be a really good app but there seems to be bugs that cause major problems and without the ability to switch the app off until the problems can be resolved we sadly had to uninstall (still waiting for Aiva to sort this so might have to use a different app)

Loved the idea of this being a free app, which is always generous; but when I tried to create my first pop up for a product on my site, it was full of bugs. Nothing lined up in the WYSIWYG platform, so I decided to delete and try another app.

This is the only real popup solution for shopify. Absolute MUST. Excellent, responsive, working as expected. Simply great.

Exactly what I was looking for. After installing and using a few different AI apps I found Aiva and I'm so happy I did! Aiva allows me to custom design a pop up and I have full control over it. I wanted to be able to create very specific deals that matched our branding and Aiva allows me to do just that! Other apps were too constrained and limited -- our business didn't fit into their pre-designed AI offers. I just started using it, but so far I'm extremely satisfied and excited to see what it can do for our business!

We were recently on the news, and every time we end up inundated with emails and a huge manually generated wait list for our raw donkey milk. I wish I'd found this app before the first news crew came out! It's creating a wait list for us and saving us hours and hours of clerical work. And, love the options to create your own look...not just the generic pop up. Here's an example of ours. Works great!
