Joanne from customer service is so nice. She basically assists us on all questions, and also help us to develop many new or testing functions. We are really appricated Ako's supports on our business.

This app truly impressed me! Not only does it offer powerful and diverse features that meet all our needs for membership management, but the customer service is also exceptional. Special shoutout to Lala, who is not only kind and beautiful but also very professional and patient. She helped us smoothly resolve all our issues. Whether it was technical questions or feature requests, she responded quickly and provided effective solutions. This app is definitely worth serious consideration for any store.

Joanne 服務實在太讚！不得不推～ App本身相較shopify商店上提供的很多同類型app來說，已經算是很完善。 除了一些地方會需要請人員協助設定外，基本上操作算是簡單明瞭。 剛剛使用app，目前沒有遇到任何讓我不滿的地方。 人員Joanne也是非常有耐心跟熱心服務!!!真的太棒～大推！ 有任何問題她都非常快速回應，很喜歡。

功能性很齊全 且都非常容易使用，管理功能上也很容易上手 非常推薦可以購買的APP 且顧問也都很有耐心貼心的教學 遇到問題也給予很快速的回覆 整體感受非常良好 The app has comprehensive features and is very easy to use. The management functions are also easy to get started with. I highly recommend purchasing this app. The consultants are very patient and thoughtful in their teaching. When encountering issues, they provide quick responses. Overall, the experience has been very positive.
