We have been using the Ako Loyalty & Retargeting App on our website United Bracelets, and it has been a game-changer for our customer engagement. The user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to navigate and manage retargeting ads. The new loyalty app feature is a fantastic addition, providing our customers with an exciting way to earn rewards and stay connected with our brand. While the loyalty app is still in its early stages, we are thrilled with its current capabilities and eagerly anticipate future updates and enhancements that will undoubtedly make it even more robust.

AKOHUB is truly an efficient company with a high level of responsibility towards its clients! No matter what time or what kind of issue I raise, Joanne from AKO never disappoints. She responds quickly, provides solutions to problems, and even offers additional valuable suggestions. From their developed workflow processes to Joanne informing me about their membership loyalty program, I was immediately impressed by the basic program features. I didn’t hesitate to switch from Smile.io to Akohub Marketing. During the setup process, Joanne was incredibly helpful. Currently, our team manages three Shopify stores, and thanks to Joanne’s excellent support, Ako is our top choice for the loyalty programs of all three stores. Having worked with many program developers, I can say they are impeccable, which has led to my high level of trust in Akohub. I look forward to AKO developing more useful features! This app truly impressed me! Not only does it offer powerful and diverse features that meet all our needs for membership management, but the customer service is also exceptional. Special shoutout to Lala, who is not only kind and beautiful but also very professional and patient. She helped us smoothly resolve all our issues. Whether it was technical questions or feature requests, she responded quickly and provided effective solutions. This app is definitely worth serious consideration for any store.

This app is excellent, especially for Mandarin Shopify stores! Carolina has been incredibly helpful during the transition and installation process, and she responds quickly when issues arise. Highly recommended!
