Was looking for a solution that works both in the EU (DHL, UPS) and US (Amazon, USPS, UPS) and is affordable while working well with Klaviyo. This tool is great and support is very responsive. Highly recommend the App to anyone who is looking to improve the customer experience with pro-active status emails and reducing customer support tickets at the same time.
