amazing support from Joseph, literally instant replies to all the questions and issues we asked assistance on.. he's provided solutions and suggestions that were able to fix the issue we had and that has been incredibly helpful !

This harsh review is for several reasons. Mainly think they are overpriced. They had a product template in beta that was just launched, and to use it you must be on the $250/month tier. That's just greedy! How do you expect a small business to afford that? No software in our stack, for any function of our business is so expensive, and nor should it be! And so much for being "unlimited". Second, I just tried to cancel the subscription and got an error. I opened a support ticket. Instead of canceling, the reply back was "can you share the error screenshot?" Really?? Someone is trying to stop from being charged again, and instead you ask them to troubleshoot your software issues for you? Address my concerns first! Third I used their landing page services and they completely dropped the ball. It took a lot of follow up and I finally got a full refund, and that's the only reason this review is 3 stars instead of 1.

Thank you for the feedback on the pricing for product templates, really appreciate that - we're going to continue to think about how to enable smaller brands in the future, agreed that 250 a month can be a big sticking point there. Also wanted to apologize about the experience you had cancelling the subscription - I verified that we've now refunded all charges from everything (including the partnership service you mentioned where the ball got dropped). Also followed up with our support team since there was some miscommunication there - completely agree that in that scenario the thing to do is ensure the plan is cancelled first and worry about software errors later. For some additional transparency, we identified that this was an issue due to a billing plan that had originally been set up through the partnership service offer and we've added more documentation on this for the support team, so hopefully shouldn't happen again! This is by far the best page builder for Shopify. It's easy to use and has tons of great features. The template library (whole pages for different purposes or individual sections) is also quite extensive and new templates are added regularly. The support (Hamza, Collins and all the others) is absolutely top tier. They fixed every single problem/question that we had and even sent custom videos if necessary. Highly recommend!

Really incredible App. I'm not very tech savvy but with the help from their chat support (5*) I'm able to create landing pages supporting our efforts on meta and site-wide. Joseph is particularly helpful and supportive. Great job.

Great customer service, easy to use interface. Even though I've built full websites in React/NextJS, this is a great product for rapid testing/prototyping and colloborating with non-technical web designers.

I refused to move my store to Shopify from WordPress (I just used embedded Shopify Buy Buttons) until Replo existed because I deeply cared about the store's design. I've built over a dozen websites and tried all the possible web builders. Replo is simply the best for Shopify. There's no other comparison. This is the first app you should install when you start a store. Look no further!

I've been using this for 2 days and at first it was not as easy as I first assumed but once I got my head around it, it is brilliant. Most importantly the support from Collins is second to none. I've read about this and I saw a post about it in our Philippines eCommerce group! I decided to give it a go and just WOW. I tried the AI and i was able to generate pages in just idk less than 90 seconds? I am still new here but I can say this is a killer and happy to discover this one!

My main criticism of this app is that it is super frustrating to use and not user friendly. Like any other design tool out there (illustrator, photoshop, XD, Figma, Canva...etc), you should be able to make adjustments to text box sizes, shapes, adjust image placement within a frame etc on the artboard itself. I used this app for 3 days, read the how-to blog, reached out to chat and email support and couldn't find the answers to my questions. I am well versed in many design tools and never had this experience before where I found it impossible to make simple adjustments to my artwork. Another thing is that there are standards across editing softwares with respect to the symbols of editing tools and how they communicate what each functions as. I feel like this app tried to be unique with theirs but they should honestly stick to the standard. They make unnecessary work for the user to spend extra time learning the software. Design tools need to be intuitive, and if a user has to spend so much time to figure out how to make extremely basic adjustments, then you haven't designed your tool thoughtfully.

I would not recommend this app to anyone. First of all it is not user-friendly like some of the other page builder apps, with the scroll bars only being available on preview mode and not while editing. The app is also very misleading with a" free" plan available. Why offer a free plan when all you can do is work in the editor and not even publish a single page. The price starts at $99 a month which is absurd compared to other apps and goes up to $499 a month!

Regarding the "free" plan, I believe you're talking about the "free plan available" that the Shopify App Store listing shows. Agreed that this is confusing, since there's not a free plan which allows publishing pages. We've updated this to remove the "free plan" from the listing so hopefully this doesn't happen in the future . 2. Regarding scrolling, Replo is definitely different than most apps because it allows you to pan and zoom to see the whole page and zoom in on parts of it, which is why a scrollbar doesn't work very well in this setting. I checked our support chat logs and saw that you were able to figure out how to move around (thank you for reaching out!), but wanted to leave this resource here in case you decide to give Replo a try in the future - https://docs.replo.app/docs/building/replo-editor#moving-around there are a few different ways to move around in the editor and this details all of them. However, recognize that this might not be the most intuitive, and we've opened an investigation internally to see if we can add some sort of scrollbar in the editor which hopefully will make this easier. Again, really appreciate the feedback, and will have our team reach out directly as well since we'd love to hear more about your experience. Wow, Replo has been a game-changer! Super simple to use and it's got everything you need for designing pages. And the customer service? Fantastic. Collins from their team is a real superstar - always ready to help out. So happy I found Replo!

10/5 stars. First of all, Replo is MILES ahead of any other landing page builder on Shopify. It's what Figma is to MS Paint. Second the support is tier 1, grade AAA. Honestly have not had better anywhere. From Joseph to Leo, Christian to Mara...everybody has literally gone above and beyond to help, even doing some of tasks for me. But really it's just the most powerful landing page builder around. There's no doubt, it's not even close...probably the best app we have, and surely worth every penny.
