Doesn't work and there is no support - they did get back to me saying they never received any emails from me. I think you may have to check the email you have with your account bc I went to the support area to submit my request.

I totally understand your frustration — but I honestly want to clarify: I checked email (including spam) and WhatsApp again, and I truly didn’t receive any support request from you. Although I’m just an individual developer, I take every single message extremely seriously… every one matters to me. After seeing your review, I even searched for your Facebook profile and found your email, and I proactively sent you a message to understand what happened and see if I could help — but I didn’t get a reply there either. I still appreciate you trying my app — but saying there is “no support” isn’t really fair to what actually happened.
