Let the results do the talking: 45.6% sign-up rate (% of pop-up click leading to email collection). 42.4% conversion rate (% of emails collected resulting in orders). Never ever thought that was possible, but Alia is an extremely well thought out app with lightning fast customer support. What we especially like : Great for brand education and story telling in the form of short, snappy lessons in a learn more, earn more discount format. Highly customisable with the option to add images and video to the popup. Very asthetically pleasing. Paragraphs and images transition into view gradually with animated progress bars so the user knows the interaction cost. Ability to add multiple choice survey questions for actionable data. No tacky, cheap features like 'spin the wheel'. Automated, instant and time-sensitive discount codes. Option for pop-up to appear as a small floating CTA button only. No annoying in your face window disrupting the browsing experience. All in all, a great app. One of only 5 front end apps we use on our store. That's how choosy we are.
Founders Cory and Shaan provide outstanding support super quickly and take the time to understand what you need. I've had suggestion that they've taken and implemented SAME-DAY. I repeat, SAME-DAY. That is unheard of in the saas world and I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to know them at this early stage before they 'make it big' -- if oyu know what's good for you, sign up now! Implementing Alia on our website has been a game-changer for first-time conversion, popup data collection, and product education. The lessons feature has played a major role in educating our customer's on product benefits and brand story - While also offering multi-discount code rewards for increased new customer conversion. Alia calls itself a popup tool but it's totally selling itself short. We installed Alia because we wanted to increase our popup fill%. Simple ask, right? Our popup fill increased from 4% too 11% - hurrayy. but that's not even the best part. here are other improvement we tracked: 1. our AOV (for first purchases) increased from $40 to $60. 2. our website conversion rate went from 2.8% to 3.2% (validated over 30+ days) 3. revenue per (subscribed) user increased from $2 to $7 (WILD) 4. Time taken for a newly subscribed user to make a purchase went from 7 days to 3 days. We recorded our highest ever Klaviyo revenue till date (we're a 4 year old brand and this is OFF SEASON for us). I am now a big-time Alia fanboy and would recommend them to all D2C stores.

This app has been TREMENDOUS for email signups and conversion. The founders have been incredibly hands on and helpful. Could not recommend enough.
On its own, Alia is great in helping us further value prop our brand and educate customers - it gives us an extra leg up in conversions that may not otherwise have happened since not everyone goes to the About pages or spend much time reading . The Alia popup gamifies the experience of learning, receiving a reward, AND gives us as a business customer self-reported data through survey answers all in one flow. What makes Alia fantastic though, is the customer service. Founder Shaan actually listens to what we need and follows up with solutions and recommendations. This truly feels like a partnership and not just an app we pay for. Highly recommend. These guys are awesome.

Alia is the first saas company that has ever cold emailed me with a pitch I found interesting. It's for a problem everyone faces, which is how to increase the number of email/sms list signups on the website. The generic klaviyo discount popup only goes so far. Instead, Alia encourages customers to learn about the company, in exchange for a higher than typical discount. I was only hesitant because setting up new tools is always a pain, but the team held our hand every step of the way and collected good data to compare to our previous baseline. With such a captive audience, it's easier for us to pitch what makes our product good, and the results speak for themselves-- our opt in rates now crush the klaviyo popup.

I have been impressed with this new way of collecting leads. It gets someone to know a little bit more about out company and helps build confidence in making their purchase. They helped me set it up so it was very easy to get started. It is a much more welcomed approach with a full page pop over or giving a discount upon opening the page for the first time. Get less complaints and more leads with Alia.
By far the greatest app I've used on Shopify yet. I've had over 10 stores and tried endless apps. This is the highest lever move any Shopify store owner can make to increase emails and conversion rate. You're simply missing out on cash if you don't have Alia.
An amazing app that is a game changer for any Shopify store!! There's nothing more satisfying than trying a new app on Shopify and finding out it is super easy to use, has incredibly fast and proactive customer support, and is immediately effective. We were able to get it up and running in last than an hour, had the customer support team answer questions within minutes, and it was super effective. A lot more than any other popup tool I have tried! On top of all that it is an extremely unique tool compared to other popups. Our product requires a lot of customer education, so being able to immediately have visitors engage with the educational content they need to make a purchase is a no-brainer. Excited to be an Alia user for life!
Alia is one of those rare apps that actually make a difference. Unlike other pop ups where it distracts from the user experience, Alia adds to the user experience and helps consumers buy into the why behind your products. While I've only used it for a week, the consistent opt in rates of 14-16% has me stoked to see what's to come.
We've only been using the tool for a short time, but we're already seeing positive results. The tool's form factor and user experience represent a true innovation. We need more time to test the tool to fully understand the value it provides, but I believe it's showing incremental benefits. We'll definitely put some creative thought into it. We're starting by replacing our Klaviyo popup to see how it performs, showcasing our About The Brand Content. The Alia team is fantastic. They're a startup, and since we're an early-stage company, they match our culture well.
