Schrott!!! Betrug??? Nach 30 Minuten wieder deinstalliert, da sie einfach nicht läuft! Hinzu kommt, dass unberechtigt Hohe Gebühren abgebucht wurden, die ich nun umständlich versuche zurück zu erhalten. Finger weg!!!

WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL ALIDROPIFY This app is a subscription trap and fraudulent billing scam. What happened to me (Oct 30, 2025): 1. Signed up for a €0 yearly plan – clearly shown during signup. 2. No warning, no confirmation for any annual fee. 3. Charged €590.83 just after you entered your bank account – without my consent. 4. App settings STILL show “€0 yearly plan active” – even after the charge! 5. No invoice, no receipt, no reference number – nothing in email or app. I contacted their support and request a 100% refund on the same day. Their response? * First agent (JD) approved refund request on 31.11.2025. * Second agent (Leah) reversed it, offered 20%, then 50% – illegal under EU law. * They claim “you toggled to annual”. This violates EU law: * Directive 2011/83/EU – No explicit consent = illegal charge * 14-day full refund right – ignored * €0 plan still active in app = proof of deception I am now: * Reporting to Shopify App Review Team * Filing with European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) * Pursuing chargeback and legal action for fraud Best regards, Xiaomei Wu
