I've been using this software for about three years now, it does have a few bugs and Vijay always helps me fix them. I had some questions about importing a product off of Ali Express. I wasn't sure if it would qualify for the dropshipping program I was registered for so Rajendra was kind and patient and explained it via "Chat" that it should work and told me what I would need to do. She was very helpful. I appreciate someone answering so quickly too.

Rabbani was extremely helpful and helped me solve my problem. Excellent service! Razi was very helpful in helping me setup my Aliexpress account. He showed examples and gave me very detailed explanations for every question that I asked him. Excellent service! Rajendra helped me alot with importing products. She showed examples with pictures which helped me resolved my problem.

Perfect and smooth experience with this app so far, although I think it would be even better if they provide a function that allows us to download the photos directly from the site (and thus allowing a better image quality too), so I do not have to download another app just for this purpose. Customer support is unbelievably awesome. I added the new application and was excited and started importing products and had pricing all wrong. Someone quickly came on live chat and walked me right through it. Very easy and pleasant experience. rabbani is the BEST!!!!!!
