I had another amazing conversation with Ron, who helped me with every small detail and even more than I thought about. He helped me to pick the right colors for the review widget and was really helpful with everything. The app is amazing as well.

Excellent customer service provided by Felix. Aligned my reviews multiple times to look perfect. Also provided advice on the positioning of the star ratings. Very good to see this level of customer service still around.

When I write reviews, the names all become duplicate names. What's going on?
Thank you for raising your concerns. If the reviews are written with the same email address, the name will also be the same. To avoid this, make sure to use different email addresses for each review, or import the reviews with a CSV file instead. Our team has reached out to you with the detailed steps to do so. so slow and have huge delay... also its have lot of issues like , give error about "there is no reviews for this product" even when the product have alot of reviews. always stuck in middle of work... only after a lot of work and patient its work good...

Well received. I saw you cook easily with this product in a tube and bought it. Before washing the product, I turn it around and it works well. I'm waiting for it to wash and dry. I'll try it tomorrow. Okay.

the reviews editing is not working properly.
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with editing reviews. To comply with Shopify's new policy, there's a limit of 30 characters when editing a review. If you're looking to edit the reviews to revise the translations, it can be done differently. Our team has got in touch to discuss this further!
