When I write reviews, the names all become duplicate names. What's going on?
Thank you for raising your concerns. If the reviews are written with the same email address, the name will also be the same. the reviews editing is not working properly.
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with editing reviews. To comply with Shopify's new policy, there's a limit of 30 characters when editing a review. If you're looking to edit the reviews to revise the translations, it can be done differently. Our team has got in touch to discuss this further!

I encountered a 500 error while trying to install the app. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

don't get it every time I click on install App it keeps putting me to the same page that I just clicked on.

The reviews don't show in my store and it lags all the time. The reviews didn't show up and the dashboard lagged a lot.

There is an error message saying they will fix this, but when I put in my product name it doesn't show up. The message seems to have been posted for over a month and they won't fix the problem.

This app never works and the setup is extremely complicated. Not recommend for anyone trying to import reviews

This error is so painful... It completely breaks work flow when you are trying to import reviews for hundreds of individual lines. When the app works, it works great... but for me it needs to be doing what it should be every time. Here is the error for the devs. Would actually love some feed back on this because I like the Judge Me app and would rather use your suite. As it is we are going to have to delete your app and find another to use across our seven stores. AliExpress says they have 8 reviews but the reviews are not loading properly on their page so so we can't import them. Please try again later or with a different AliExpress product.

I've been trying to use this app to import reviews for my store. nothing happening its very dissapointing

this app used to work ok, sometimes it doesnt work at all and now it works, but duplicates the reviews 2 or 3 times on every product... a total waste of time! Support reply and say they know it does this but do not do anything to fix it.
