I love this app! It’s user-friendly, and Ron was exceptionally helpful. I had 167338 questions and he patiently answered all of them. I highly recommend this app, the support is outstanding 11/10!

When I write reviews, the names all become duplicate names. What's going on?
Thank you for raising your concerns. If the reviews are written with the same email address, the name will also be the same. To avoid this, make sure to use different email addresses for each review, or import the reviews with a CSV file instead. Our team has reached out to you with the detailed steps to do so. so slow and have huge delay... also its have lot of issues like , give error about "there is no reviews for this product" even when the product have alot of reviews. always stuck in middle of work... only after a lot of work and patient its work good...

seems fishy they need access to edit my whole store... everything even permission to marketing all and customers data and oders. they even made a copy of my whole store

I wonder why the characters are limited up to 30. It's so inconvenient

We applied the 30-character edit limit last year to comply with Shopify's policies, following the latest FTC and European Commission guidelines on global consumer rights. We understand that this limit can be a bit inconvenient at first, but you'd still be able to change typos, remove personal information, and such. Or, if you have other use cases in mind, please feel free to let us know.

I used to import reviews from AliExpress sometimes, not often, and this app was useful. As my store is in French, I was able to edit the reviews and translate them into French. Recently, I noticed I am only able to change a maximum of 30 characters per review. But, thanks to fast reply from Judge.me customer service, they gave me some suggestions about how to solve the problem.

Fácil de usar al seguir las instrucciones dadas por el sistema, por lo que me ayuda a importar las reseñas de una manera efectiva a la tienda y, en efecto, se importan tal cual como están plasmadas en AliExpress, de hecho tienes la opción a traducirlas..
