Alpha is an amazing loyalty program app. Setup was super simple. I had some queries regarding adding points for past purchases and setting up email notifications. Oskar was extremely prompt in guiding me through it.
Have been using the app for a few weeks now and so far everything is great. I ran into a small issue where it wasn't loading properly on my site. I reached out to support and they very quickly had it fixed.
11/10 STARS. I cannot explain what an AMAZING help both Oskar & Katherine have been in helping us launch our Loyalty Programme on-site. We were moving from a previous platform & we have a lot of customers. They helped us with individual functionality, promoting key customers to higher tiers, personalised VIP programmes.
