Thank for trying Altera! It looks like this review is about our pricing rather than the app's functionality. We do offer a free plan, though it has row limits if you're not a development store. For stores that need more, our paid plans start well below what other import/export tools charge for comparable features. We've worked hard to make Altera the most cost-effective option in this category while still offering full compatibility with other apps, CLI access, and support for more data types. what can i say? well, it's the backup compiler and reinstaller of choice for all of our websites. although we haven't needed to use the backups in anger, yet, having analysed and reviewed the data extracts, this should not cause an issue when we do. having come from an IT background, i know thru experience that backups are crucial to the running and longevity of any and all websites. do a backup daily! the export itself, in the format of a simple spreadsheet, is very helpful too. a thousands thank yous, dudes and dudettes!
