Terrible app. Doesn't work to import orders. Just a waste of time.

We're terribly sorry you had trouble formatting your spreadsheet for the order import. We've had stores successfully import hundreds of thousands of orders but we know getting the exact format correct can be difficult. When you left this review we tried reaching out to you several times via email but each time we received messages saying your inbox was full.
