We've been live for a month and the customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Set up was relatively painless since the via.delivery team did most of it for us and walked us through everything else. They are extremely receptive to questions and concerns and have addressed everything we've brought up very quickly. I highly recommend.

We love working with Via.Delivery! They integrate directly into our checkout as well as our 3PL to offer an unparalleled level of service and insurances that our packages have the proper HAL compliant labels. If we ever have issues, their support and success teams are all over it and I can sleep well knowing that they are always hard at work. Finally a vendor that we dont have to constantly check up on to make sure they are doing what they said they would. They folks go above and beyond and I would suggest anyone looking to offer Buy Online, Pickup Anywhere to chat with Via.Delivery!!
