We've been live for a month and the customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Set up was relatively painless since the via.delivery team did most of it for us and walked us through everything else. They are extremely receptive to questions and concerns and have addressed everything we've brought up very quickly. I highly recommend.

They integrate directly into our checkout as well as our 3PL to offer an unparalleled level of service and insurances that our packages have the proper HAL compliant labels. Great dev team who care about getting the details right for your store and end customer experience. With so many of our customers seeking specific delivery windows, and the litigious nature of shipping alcohol requiring ASR, ViaDelivery allows the best solution for ensuring that packages are successfully delivered. The success is measured twofold: 1. The HAL staff signs for the packages, rendering the days of missed deliveries due to ASR a thing of the past. 2. Our customers can then collect their packages securely (ID required) at the location and time that's most convenient for them. We're early in the rollout/customer adoption phase, but are excited to see where this takes our delivery experiences.

We had a wonderful experience with the via.Delivery team and their knowledge in helping us set up, implement, test, and deploy their pickup point solution on all our 6 brand sites: Perry Ellis Original Penguin Cubavera Callaway Apparel Rafaella Style Golf Apparel Shop They went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly and after approximately 10 months using their solution, their support has been exceptional. They even continue to reach out to help us make cost improvements. Overall, we highly recommend their Shopify solution to help customers save money on shipping, while safeguarding their packages.
