The success is measured twofold: 1. The HAL staff signs for the packages, rendering the days of missed deliveries due to ASR a thing of the past. 2. Our customers can then collect their packages securely (ID required) at the location and time that's most convenient for them. We're early in the rollout/customer adoption phase, but are excited to see where this takes our delivery experiences.
