We are absolutely thrilled with AltText.ai. Our primary reason for choosing this app was accessibility, and it has exceeded our expectations. In less than an hour, we went from well over 16,000 images missing alt text across three stores to just a few hundred actively processing. That alone is incredible. More importantly, the quality of the alt text is excellent. The descriptions are clear, accurate, and genuinely useful for screen readers, not generic or spammy. After reviewing a large sample of images, we’re confident this is a real accessibility improvement, not just a box-checking exercise. AltText.ai has saved our company an enormous amount of time, manual effort, and cost. What would have taken months for my team to do by hand was done quickly and efficiently by this tool. The alttext.ai app produced excellent text for my products. I'm not sure if it can help with SEO title and descriptions yet.

Good app, simple and effective. Does have a few bugs and inconsistencies. Also can get rather expensive if you have a large prod catalogue or image-heavy site that needs to be fully updated. Note - does not change meta titles.

Really simple to use, intuiative and the results do exactly what they say on the tin. I tried the free trial and then upgraded. Good value and efficient.

So its been a week and the support team still did nothing, I think this is the worst support I ever had from an app. Cant add ai text to blog and missing in content, said would fix it in 24 hours, 1 week later and multiple times of asking, still nothing. Will be Charging back payment through my Credit Card
