So its been a week and the support team still did nothing, I think this is the worst support I ever had from an app. Cant add ai text to blog and missing in content, said would fix it in 24 hours, 1 week later and multiple times of asking, still nothing. Will be Charging back payment through my Credit Card

This app does not work, it is not working for me
Hi Tren -- we're here to help! Please email our support team at [email protected] and we'll make sure you get set up properly and have the app working. Usually things like this are due to simple incorrect setups that may have happened. Update, Nov 11, 2025— Hi Tren-Dora, I would love to get to the bottom of this. Please email us at [email protected] and we will happily refund any credits that may have been wasted and make sure that every single image in your shop is updated with alt text.

It was a mistake. There was also no review process. Once you hit start, it would just 'update' the image descriptions. My fault. Should not have blindly trusted comments I read on a reddit channel....
Thank you for the review, we have tens of thousands of users who have had tremendous success with the product. We'd love to give you some more free credits to try again perhaps with our tech team assisting you with any implementation questions you may have.

I tried this app, and it failed every time. The translations were always incorrect. Customer service wasn’t helpful at all. I have no idea why some users give them five stars.
Hey Tom - I'm sure you saw our support team and developer who both had a lengthy back and forth with you trying to figure out and resolve your issues. We even offered to do a live screenshare to debug what was happening to see if it's something on our end or with your setup. Please feel free to reach out and let us help you resolve the problem. We really want to see it work for you just like it works for all our other customers (seriously!).

it doesnt work once you used the bulk editor. It only works on some of the products.

You can tell by how they responded to my review with accusations that they are not a professional company. No apologies just accusations. Alts were super long or just really bad. Alts sound like a computer wrote it. Some items were not populated at all and the costumer service had no answer for all these mistakes. I tried to communicate with them so basically after this mess the costumer service said "maybe this app is not for your store". I sell products how this app not for my store? Basically most of my ALT's are a mess and they just gave up. Now the claim I was abusive? It’s a lie I have all the emails sent. I’ll gladly show them to anyone. This app should not be offered on shopify and is definitely not made for Shopify. I only received my refund because I had to report them to Shopify. Unless you want all your Alts to be a mess don’t use this app. I switched to a much better competition and I’m so happy although I had to pay to fix all these mistakes. It was a horrible experience. I hope I can warn anyone about this app. AI will write: "Model wearing ..." as Alt which is clearly not ok or ALT's are too long or you pay to overwrite but it does not overwrite. I just dont understand how you could give this app any positive rating. They promised a full refund never got the refund.
This customer has been flagged to Shopify for abuse. We verified the alt text was correct and accurate on their images, and attempted numerous times (over 20 emails) to work with them to both understand and improve their results. We even offered to do a live screenshare (typically only provided to Enterprise customers who pay over 10x what this customer had paid), but they declined. We offered to remove all generated alt text if they wanted, but they also declined :) A full refund was indeed provided, and proof was sent to the customer, along with an email from Shopify verifying this. Sadly, this customer was belligerent and threatening the entire time.
