Good app, simple and effective. Does have a few bugs and inconsistencies. Also can get rather expensive if you have a large prod catalogue or image-heavy site that needs to be fully updated. Note - does not change meta titles.

Really simple to use, intuiative and the results do exactly what they say on the tin. I tried the free trial and then upgraded. Good value and efficient.

So its been a week and the support team still did nothing, I think this is the worst support I ever had from an app. Cant add ai text to blog and missing in content, said would fix it in 24 hours, 1 week later and multiple times of asking, still nothing. Will be Charging back payment through my Credit Card

Great piece of software. I love that you can just pay as you go, no subscription needed, and it did what it says to do. Used AI to write accurate descriptions of all my products and images.

This app does not work, it is not working for me

Usually things like this are due to simple incorrect setups that may have happened. Update, Nov 11, 2025— Hi Tren-Dora, I would love to get to the bottom of this. Please email us at [email protected] and we will happily refund any credits that may have been wasted and make sure that every single image in your shop is updated with alt text.

Did not work well for me. The text it created was good, but no matter how many credits I had, it would not update all of the images in a full catalog update. I got probably 90% of the images updated with AltText but it could not finish the job even with enough credits to do so.

Its a wonderful App to get the very important Alt Txts in an easy and efficient manner. Also the AI generates texts which are so relevant to the image.

Fantastic product easy to use, saves lots of time and upon reviewing the ATAI does pull through unique elements for each product. Very impressive. Team Moggans.

Very impressed so far. High quality alt tags created in the background. in 99% of cases the tages are at least as good as we would create and often better. If you are updating multiple sites however be careful that the description you enter in the Chat GPT directions is not specific to another site - Keep it generic and you will be fine. Would love to see the plugin move the CHat GPT override otion into the SHopify options to prevent that occurring.

It was a mistake. There was also no review process. Once you hit start, it would just 'update' the image descriptions. My fault. Should not have blindly trusted comments I read on a reddit channel....

Top App, hat uns richtig viel Arbeit abgenommen bei den ALT-Texten. Kann man wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.
