This app is a massive time-saver for our web team. It accurately automates what used to be an absolute time-suck. If I could improve it, I would love to see the ability to customize the output parameters so that the alt text includes specific keywords or phrases.

Signed up for it yesterday, still learning it, but what Ive seen so far has been a game changer. Surprisingly accurate and then some on the alt text. So far, so good. We are impressed.

You can tell by how they responded to my review with accusations that they are not a professional company. No apologies just accusations. Alts were super long or just really bad. Alts sound like a computer wrote it. Some items were not populated at all and the costumer service had no answer for all these mistakes. I tried to communicate with them so basically after this mess the costumer service said "maybe this app is not for your store". I sell products how this app not for my store? Basically most of my ALT's are a mess and they just gave up. Now the claim I was abusive? It’s a lie I have all the emails sent. I’ll gladly show them to anyone. This app should not be offered on shopify and is definitely not made for Shopify. I only received my refund because I had to report them to Shopify. Unless you want all your Alts to be a mess don’t use this app. I switched to a much better competition and I’m so happy although I had to pay to fix all these mistakes. It was a horrible experience. I hope I can warn anyone about this app. AI will write: "Model wearing ..." as Alt which is clearly not ok or ALT's are too long or you pay to overwrite but it does not overwrite. I just dont understand how you could give this app any positive rating. They promised a full refund never got the refund.
This customer has been flagged to Shopify for abuse. We verified the alt text was correct and accurate on their images, and attempted numerous times (over 20 emails) to work with them to both understand and improve their results. We even offered to do a live screenshare (typically only provided to Enterprise customers who pay over 10x what this customer had paid), but they declined. We offered to remove all generated alt text if they wanted, but they also declined :) A full refund was indeed provided, and proof was sent to the customer, along with an email from Shopify verifying this. Sadly, this customer was belligerent and threatening the entire time.

Sie ermöglicht es mir, Alt-Texte für viele Bilder auf einmal zu generieren, was den gesamten Prozess der Bildoptimierung erheblich vereinfacht. Diese Zeitersparnis ist unschätzbar, besonders wenn man einen umfangreichen Online-Shop betreibt. Die App ist zwar etwas teuer, aber die Effizienz und die SEO-Vorteile, die sie bietet, machen sie definitiv empfehlenswert. Ich kann die App jedem empfehlen, der seine Bilder schnell und effektiv optimieren möchte!

I have tried so hard to keep up with adding AltText to my images once I realised the importance of them but I have struggled to write ones that are SEO friendly. This app has saved me so much time and gets the description correct 98% of the time. I recommend reading the text to make sure it makes sense and correctly represents the picture. I have only had to adjust a few which has saved me so much time. I recommend reviewing the settings before creating your first AltText so you don't accidently use all your first 25 credits on one product that has multiple photos. Once I got the settings how I need them, I was able to generate text for the photos I needed. This app saves so much time and relieves the pressure of trying to write the photo descriptions. I also love that I can then copy the text either from shopify or my AltText dashboard and then use it on social media sites that allow AltText. Highly recommend this app. I currently buy credits as needed as I only have a few new products to upload but once I get more, I will be upgrading to a yearly package.

We were pleasantly surprised with how fast and accurate the Alts came out. Our only comment would be a to add a way to track where the Alt Update process has reached during a bulk update.

A timesaver. At first I was unease with using this app because it felt like a bet, it was either going to be good or really bad. Turns out that its awesome. Not only it saves me time but also comes with descriptions that are better than the ones I was coming up with.
