Great app and very quick support. We were missing a functionality feature which we regarded as crucial. Alva team reacted quickly and now we're totally happy with how it works. Cool.

I've just started using Alva Digital Downloads so I'll add another review later. But I wanted to share my story. After unloading all my videos - 54 of them - I was unsure if a few of them didn't load. Tom took the time to go through every one of them and let me know which ones were good, which needed to be redone. There were quite a few redo's. But please know you've got a support that cares about you and your business. I haven't found that sincerity anywhere else.
