Re-evaluation: 14.11.2024 Hello, we felt the need to update our previous comment because they reached out to us and resolved the issues and misunderstandings that caused inconvenience. They fixed all the shortcomings in the app and quickly responded to every question we asked about its compatibility with our website. Therefore, we are now using this app. As we mentioned before, the app is well-thought-out, beautifully designed, and simple, making it an application we can recommend to anyone looking to upload products. We congratulate them and thank them once again for their excellent support. We hope they continue to improve the app and implement pricing policies based on different countries. We believe that this would attract even more users to the app. -------------------------------- DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL I’ve been using this app for three days now and want to share my experience step by step. 1- This app is a total disappointment, mainly because the support is horrible, even terrible. I sent more than 7 emails in the past two days, each one detailing my issues extensively. The responses I received were almost mocking—brief, unhelpful answers that didn’t even address my actual questions. It’s impossible to get proper support or answers to your queries. 2- They claim on their profile and website that you can import unlimited products from Amazon.com to your site. However, this is false advertising. I purchased the Starter plan and found out there is a 500-product limit. 3- They give the impression that inventory and pricing updates are unlimited, but in reality, they only update 1,000 items. If you upload more than that, you’ll end up facing serious issues. 4- They state that manual updates are possible, but once you sign up, you realize that bulk manual updates are not available; you have to update products one by one. There’s a lot of incorrect and misleading information. Note: The structure and functionality of this app are actually great, but the management is terrible. It’s sad because there aren’t many apps like this on the Shopify app store, yet the developers have completely ruined it with poor management. Don’t download it; don’t waste your money on a monthly subscription.

Adding the code, to the liquid them, to fix the buy button, does not work. Nothing in my theme.liquid matches instructions. Nothing is clear on instructions. It imports products, but if someone buys to my store, how do they get there order if they dont purchace from amazon. Total joke of an app

I really appreciate the ease of use with this app! From finding, to importing to managing your products, they have everything covered. I required a bit of support this morning to add the "Buy Now" button, and customer support was fast and efficient and had it correctly added and functioning in under 10 minutes. Great way to start the day, working on Shopify with my Amazon Associate Connecter app!

On the surface the app seems easy to use until you paste in a URL from Amazon for it to import. I got faster service from dial up internet back in the 90's. The wheel would sit and turn for 10 minutes trying to import a t-shirt from Amazon. Worked on it for nearly 2 hours before sitting down to write this review while the wheel turned to show "progress". Thus far, not impressed. After another half hour of waiting I am giving up and uninstalling there must be an a better app.

Extremely slow, I was only able to get one item imported. Unfortunately, I wasted the money getting a plan because I thought it would make the app work better.... it didn't

it is a nice app, but i was paying the basic plan and they still limited my number on 10 imports. after my review, they fixed it. i consider a good option.

This is so slow and takes ages to download or make a change. I don´t understand how Shopify can support this App there is not working properly. Sorry but this is not the money and time worth it.

Installed app, imported (very, very slowly) a few products to test it out. Tried to update the add to cart button to the buy on amazon button and it never worked. It's literally 1 line of code, could not be more simple to place it in the liquid theme file as detailed in their documentation, and it just doesn't work. Tried repeatedly but nope. I'm a developer so adding a simple line of code to a theme file is a no brainer, so this was NOT user error. Uninstalled.

I installed the App and followed the documentation to add the "View on Amazon" button, but it did not work. The documentation is not very helpful. At that point i sent support [email protected] an email, and they responded a day later. The respond was to use their documentation, which I already mentioned it did not work. By the way, I am a developer, so i think i know how to edit the Shopify code and paste a line and save. I sent them several emails, they mentioned to give them my " Shopify store URL to send you collaborator access request" I am not comfortable giving them this request, i asked to call me and we can share the screen and I will update the code. Turned out they never got back to me, so I removed the app, i wasted 2 days trying to resolve this. Eugene

This app works well and it has a lot of potential for the affiliate marketing space. Our decision to use it for our Amazon affiliate links was the right one. Their support is very quick, effective and Pankaj was always there to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend the app.

I used this app to import products listed on amazon to my store. The support that I got was fantastic! I was having trouble with adding a buy on Amazon button to these imported products and they helped me add it in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased!

The Amazon Associate Connector app is straightforward, easy-to-install and use and is the perfect solution for my Amazon affiliate marketing Shopify store. But more impressive than very useful app is the outstanding customer service I received when I hit a speed bump with setting up the button to 'View on Amazon'. My emails were answered very quickly and my technical issues were resolved to my satisfaction. All my questions were answered as well. Even on the weekend! Highly recommend this very handy app and a big THANK YOU to the creators and supporters behind it!

Excellent customer service! The app has great functionality and when I had a little trouble setting it up in my store, the developer responded promptly to my email and it's working great now.
