Re-evaluation: 14.11.2024 Hello, we felt the need to update our previous comment because they reached out to us and resolved the issues and misunderstandings that caused inconvenience. They fixed all the shortcomings in the app and quickly responded to every question we asked about its compatibility with our website. Therefore, we are now using this app. As we mentioned before, the app is well-thought-out, beautifully designed, and simple, making it an application we can recommend to anyone looking to upload products. We congratulate them and thank them once again for their excellent support. We hope they continue to improve the app and implement pricing policies based on different countries. We believe that this would attract even more users to the app. -------------------------------- DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL I’ve been using this app for three days now and want to share my experience step by step. 1- This app is a total disappointment, mainly because the support is horrible, even terrible. I sent more than 7 emails in the past two days, each one detailing my issues extensively. The responses I received were almost mocking—brief, unhelpful answers that didn’t even address my actual questions. It’s impossible to get proper support or answers to your queries. 2- They claim on their profile and website that you can import unlimited products from Amazon.com to your site. However, this is false advertising. I purchased the Starter plan and found out there is a 500-product limit. 3- They give the impression that inventory and pricing updates are unlimited, but in reality, they only update 1,000 items. If you upload more than that, you’ll end up facing serious issues. 4- They state that manual updates are possible, but once you sign up, you realize that bulk manual updates are not available; you have to update products one by one. There’s a lot of incorrect and misleading information. Note: The structure and functionality of this app are actually great, but the management is terrible. It’s sad because there aren’t many apps like this on the Shopify app store, yet the developers have completely ruined it with poor management. Don’t download it; don’t waste your money on a monthly subscription.

I really appreciate the ease of use with this app! From finding, to importing to managing your products, they have everything covered. I required a bit of support this morning to add the "Buy Now" button, and customer support was fast and efficient and had it correctly added and functioning in under 10 minutes. Great way to start the day, working on Shopify with my Amazon Associate Connecter app!

I just installed the free version and reached out to support for some customization needs for my store. They were awesome in helping me with the Buy Button in a fast and professional way. Even on a free plan!! Going to upgrade.

This app works well and it has a lot of potential for the affiliate marketing space. Our decision to use it for our Amazon affiliate links was the right one. Their support is very quick, effective and Pankaj was always there to assist us with anything we needed. I highly recommend the app.

Right now I'm using the Amazon Affiliate link on my pages, which directs people to the category of products. Does this app allow people to do a search for a product on my site and it brings up products in Amazon? Or do I need to manually add products? Here's my store www.discountpricesus.com

For an Amazon Associate, this app does what it claims to do. It is a fairly simple interface. The support was responsive when I had questions about the code. I am pretty happy with the app so far!. I recommend it!

Awesome app!! Tried out a similar app called Spreadr, which lacks alot of features and abilities. I would not use it again after finding this app instead. What a difference this one is for our company. Great software to automate your business with Amazon Affiliating, can really scale in a few days with this. Infoshore is very responsive to help on any issues. Been using for months now with no issues. They also have another app called Xpert Importer that made it easy to transfer our Amazon products to our Shopify store with a few clicks of a button!
