Amazon by Codisto

Recently installed, pre-install chat answered some questions to help us decide which Amazon integration to go with. And then while installing they were super helpful and quick in answering our questions and guiding us through the App.

The chat support is very responsive and above all Jason was able to answer all my questions, taking the time to explain the steps I needed to take!

After trying CedCommerceand some other horrible apps.. I decided to switch to this App. I did have some problems initially with miscommunication from the Chat Reps. However... since that was rectified I haven't had any problems at all. My questions are answered quickly and in detail. I have easy to follow steps to load products via Codisto to Amazon. I honestly was about to give up on my store until I started with this app. It's easy to learn the steps and it's been a MAJOR blessing!!

Great technology to open up new revenue opportunities. Takes a bit of adjusting to Amazon's field mapping if your store has many variants but the support staff at Codisto was there every step of the way. I don't recall having received such excellent support in recent memory as I have here. Keep up the great work, Codisto.

This has been a nightmare! Not for an individual seller, tell you its free, charge you $39.99 before any products loaded or properly (Amazon will deny you any assistance), send you conflicting instruction emails, you’ll need to do the work (support just helps clarify all your errors). The dream of being an Amazon individual seller through this channel just starting out has been totally overwhelming plus devastatingly exhausting! Still in resolve just more stress!

We began using this app (free version) about 6 months ago and love the syncing between Amazon and Shopify. It makes inventory tracking so much easier and less time consuming reconciling between the two platforms. Just requested assistance using the Chat feature because many of the products weren't linking properly and she helped me troubleshoot the issue. She was very helpful and patient. If you're thinking about trying out the app, go ahead. There's no downside, especially if you start with the free version. Thank you!

My Shopify print on demand shop needed a few tweaks to get it working with Codisto. I reached out at 7:40pm on a Monday night (Pacific time) and they solved the issue with a live chat support person. Looking forward to finalizing the integration but the attention to their customer needs is excellent.

This is a great interface with Amazon - it makes the process of self-fulfilling much easier and removes a ton of legwork, and their support team is quite responsive.

I've been stuck with an Amazon pricing issue for 3 weeks. Amazon unable to help and they gave up. Turned to Codisto chat and Jason spotted what was wrong instantly. Problem resolved in 5 minutes. Superlative technical support.

Attention, I can only warn everyone about this app. We have installed this app and it has caused this app to delete products from our store. We checked the Shopify logs and random products were deleted. Attention. Utmost caution is advised here.
