Customer service is terrific! Just spent 20 minutes chatting with one of their reps (Joy V) who was very knowledgeable and even checked my account settings for me to make sure I'm set up correctly.

Support is quick and on point. I prefer having - albeit a private - amazon app, rather than the old amazon-managed app. Cost more now, but better support for such an important logistics component of our business.

Great app, great customer service! I hope that they introduce more options in the bulk edit as right now I am having to edit 3000 products manually, but overall, great product and saved a lot of time in other places.

John fixed my amazon store problem. i had sync issue but john fixed it. i tried for a day and they fixed it in 4 hours.
