This app has been invaluable to me. I don't know if I could've listed my items on Amazon and linked my Shopify without their help. I have used the help chat many many times throughout the initial process and each and every time the response was fast and super super helpful. Adiline was the most recent to help me through the chat! But there was Jason D., Dianne and Ali before her. All were amazing.

They have a great customer service that helps you with the kick off. At first i had some issues that were not that clear in the error box message but their customer service team helped me quickly

We use the Codisto app for just fulfillment within our Shopify store, and it works great! There's a small learning curve, but the customer service is fantastic, and they won't hesitate to hope on video call and walk you through setup while you are on your screen. I had a call today with Ronel, and he was awesome and extremely quick to answer all my questions.

I haven't actually got any products on amazon as yet as we had a few setbacks. Customers don't mind setbacks when the support is amazing and very helpful. We are currently publishing three of our main products so fingers crossed. But the support so far has been great!

John was a ton of help with listing issues. He took care of all the errors on all listing for us. I recommend using Codisto.
