For a newbie it's a lot to take in. However, John from Customer service has literally jumped through hoops trying to help me resolve all of my issues. He even went so far as to log into my Shopify and set up meta fields that I need just so that I won't have to pay for an additional app just to achieve what it is I'm needing. That's something I could NOT have figured out on my own. Really, above and beyond customer service with QUICK replies! Still trying to work out kinks but happy I have someone there with me along the way to figure it out.

At first it seems a bit difficult to use, but with the help of the excellent support you'll quickly be able to understand everything. Thank you very much

Kudos to the Codisto support team (Mary, Ice and so many that we've gotten help from)! We're relatively new to Amazon (which is not the easiest platform to navigate) but Codisto's team was really patient with us and helped us with issues that we faced with synchronizations, updates and new listings.
