Amazon by Codisto

I have just started using Codisto and was a bit wary at first. Well I had no need to worry as the team are so helpful. I had my first sale through Amazon within a week of having it all set up. I realized that I needed to cover the cost of Amazons fees and through the help tab I was pleasantly guided by the great team member Joy. Thank you so much I am very pleased that I chose Codisto for my shopify intergration. :)

We have been using Codisto now for about 18 months to list our footwear products on Amazon. In this category, it is quite difficult to create a parent listing with many variants such as style, colour, shoe size and shoe width. When first listing a product it can resolve many errors due to the nature of the listings and can be difficult to ascertain what the actual issues are. But the customer support team have always been very helpful in troubleshooting the issue and fixing the listing so they function correctly. Very professional service and would like to extend our many thanks in particular to Joy V - she is a star! ⭐️

I had initial questions on setting up the app and I contacted support. They answered almost immediately and helped me online. Very happy with Rain's support.

So far so good! Customer service is great at answering questions and are super knowledgeable of their product. Can't wait to start listing products on Amazon

After installing it didnt work for me, with in minutes, their customer support called me and helped get it working. 10/10 service and support. Im looking forward to working with them

So far our experience with Amazon by Codisto is great! We have contacted the support team on a few occasions and they always make sure to clear up any concerns as well as provide additional help documents.
