Amazon by Codisto

This is the third Amazon/Shopify integration app I've tried. While I won't mention the other two, I can say that this one has been #1 in support, #1 in ease of use, and I've actually gotten products listed from my shopify to Amazon! YAY! While there is a learning curve, and things you run into (like errors on amazon listings), support is always quick to respond, which is so important when you are trying to list items. One little bump in the road can mean getting no more work done for the day if you don't have quick support! So...speed of response is utmost important to me, and Codisto gets a 100% A+++ for that! Keep up the good work team Codisto :)

Amazon is so complicated to use so I was pleased when I found this app. It took me a while to get the hang of what fields needed to be completed as Amazon don't really give clear guidelines, so I got a bit stuck. I contacted Codisto live chat support and got connected with Mark within seconds. My listings are now live thanks to Mark's help. He was extremely helpful and sorted my issues quickly. I would recommend.

I had some problems when I loaded the app getting the listings to match up (our products have a lot parent/child set-ups in Amazon). Tom in customer service was super helpful in getting this to work for me and everything is now linked up and working great. I know if I run into any issues in the future I can count on them to help me through them!

So far it has been easy. Got all my Amazon listings linked to my Shopify inventory. Had assistance from live chat which was great. Mariel R has been excellent. Will recommend for anyone to try this app.

The setup was fairly easy. I am incredibly impressed by their support team. They are available 24/7 and each member has been knowledgeable, quick to respond and is able to fix all my issues. There is a learning curve but it is easy to use once you understand how the app operates. Highly recommend!

We have been using for about 30 days and like it. We have had some issues but Support Chat has always been very friendly and quick to resolve the problems.

This product just saved my life and most importantly my time. It's taken me under 1 hour to load 100 of my products to my Amazon store ahead of Amazon Prime day. When I ran into a mapping issue, the LIVE Customer Service had me back up and running in under 10 minutes. I love this integration product.

Got some issues during setup: synchronizing products from shopify to amazon. In the end the codisto support (especially Mariel) jumped in right away and got it fixed quickly. Thanks again, everything is working now.
