First time trying the app and so far everything seems to be working correctly. Just had a small issue and Joy from customer service helped me to fix it! Great app and customer support !

This is my first time really using Codisto, and Dianne really took the time to help me. I tried Googling how to fix the errors I was getting but a lot of this was way over my head. Dianne broke down what I had to do to Match the links and fix the errors to get everything Published. I am new to using Amazon by Codisto and needed assistance to troubleshoot some of my initial questions. I had an onboarding call with John who was extremely helpful and patient. I was feeling slightly overwhelmed with problems, he took the time to listen and offer assistance with updating information in our large catalog. I am truly grateful for the level of customer service I received.
