Amazon by Codisto

We recently linked Codisto to our Shopify store and upon linking we came across some technical issues due to the variations however, it literally took 5 mins to get in touch with their customer live chat support and we had the pleasure to work with Genner, which provided an outstanding customer service experience. He was very patient and resolved the issue all while staying connected. I’m so happy with the support and recommend Codisto!

I just got off an extremely helpful phone call with Ali. She helped us through all of the attribute mapping and answered our difficult technical questions to help us understand just exactly how the app can work best for us. I do wish the app was a tiny bit more intuitive, so that I could have fixed some errors / figured a few things out on my own, BUT the great customer support made up for all of that, and now I understand the ins-and-outs. THANK YOU ALI!!!! You were a pleasure to work with! We are excited to get this into action for our business :D

Great app, and they have great customer service. Makes life a LOT simpler - I can now deal with listings and orders directly in Shopify.

Fantastic bridge, exactly what i needed and top rate support on chat. Recommended if you want shopify as a central hub, takes the pain away from manual order creation from one system to another. All centralized making things pain-free and highly convenient

I have an Amazon account for many years, but never really used it. I just learned about the new App Amazon by Codisto; support was extraordinary wonderful, never had such a nice support with a New App. I am very, very happy with the support, the chat works well and easy. Joy helped me to set up my new Amazon by Codisto account yesterday, and this morning Lyn was there to answer some more questions. Thank you so much Amazon by Codisto, you are the best !

The customer support so far has been very helpful. I have been able to get all my questions answered and I am headed in the right direction.

Tough changing over from the amazon sales channel but after some getting used to this app is pretty nice. Thanks guys

I've used other apps for this application but this one seems to be the easiest to navigate. I have multiple stores and it keeps everything separated and working efficiently. I've used their chat help function and they've answered all my questions. Like any app, the first time you get into it, it will be a bit confusing. Be patient and don't give up. The other apps I've used were way too buggy and confusing. This one "just works".

Once I got used to how things worked, it was pretty smooth. I like this App. Absolutely great customer support through the chat.

Quick , Easy to Use, and Customer Service is better than most Apps (super responsive). Just downloaded it but looks good so far. MUCH better than the former Amazon options.

Received some online assistance from Joy via CHAT about 3 inactive products not connecting to Amazon from Shopify. After a few chats, within minutes all were ACTIVE again. Terriffic service and a pleasant chat.

Ice fixed a small linking prob I had pronto. I read in the reviews that the support was great. Nice to see its true. 5 stars.

EXCELLENT! Lyn and Chloe were very attentive, and remembered all the issues after 24 hrs, she paid attention to every detail and was able to fix my issues.

Ice (chat pro) was patient with me and really helped me transition from the old amazon app to Codisto. It was a bit confusing but Ice got me back to where I was similar to the old app. Very much appreciate the assistance.
