They say first impression is the lasting, my experience with the app has been quite delightful, i was a not knowledgeable on how to make a product active to display on amazon so i reached out using the help button, received a live operator right away by the name of Joy B, whom i am so grateful for. She asked a couple questions, and was able to assist. It turned my frustration into hope and excitement. I am looking forward to success with the help and partnership with Codisto. Thank you for your app and help.

Once customer support helped, it got less confusing. It's like speaking a new language, but you know what, this beats CED COMMERCE which I came from and was horrible! Thank you for the help Joy B she was amazing. I am getting the hang of this app, it may take time, but please save your time and come to codisto, plus you can't beat the 30 day free trial and the great pricing options.

Ediline was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I've been trying for weeks with Amazon to get my products uploaded. Finally, with Ediline doing most of the work :), success! 5-stars all the way!

Use this app to connect your Amazon account. There are occasionally bugs, but customer service is excellent and always helps to fix the problem. If they fix some bugs, this app might be much better.

Mark was very patient. He was knowledgeable and was able to correct the problem on my computer. He even went the extra mile to video chat with me. This was a HUGE help to me to be able to talk to someone in real time.

Their customer service goes above and beyond, assisting in resolving unusual problems that pop up here and there. This app works superbly for cross-platform integration between Shopify and Amazon. Their reasonable subscription structure indicates when we are overpaying for services and gives great options to adequately support our operations.

This app has been great from day one. Recently I added some products to shopify but not to amazon. Somehow the linking got messed up and I couldn't fix it myself. Let me tell you though, John went above and beyond not only fixing the issue but working with me to show how to fix it myself. Not only did he do this but I was having internet issues and then phone issues and he made it work so he could still show me the steps to correct the listing. This customer support isn't a common occurrence much any more but John, again, really went above and beyond! Thank you for making my life much easier!
