Use this app to connect your Amazon account. There are occasionally bugs, but customer service is excellent and always helps to fix the problem. If they fix some bugs, this app might be much better.

Their customer service goes above and beyond, assisting in resolving unusual problems that pop up here and there. This app works superbly for cross-platform integration between Shopify and Amazon. Their reasonable subscription structure indicates when we are overpaying for services and gives great options to adequately support our operations.

This app has been great from day one. Recently I added some products to shopify but not to amazon. Somehow the linking got messed up and I couldn't fix it myself. Let me tell you though, John went above and beyond not only fixing the issue but working with me to show how to fix it myself. Not only did he do this but I was having internet issues and then phone issues and he made it work so he could still show me the steps to correct the listing. This customer support isn't a common occurrence much any more but John, again, really went above and beyond! Thank you for making my life much easier!
