We just implemented the app recently. For us the most important aspect for a new app is the customer service. And here they did an excellent job. We needed to match Bundle orders between Amazon and Shopify. This feature was not available when we tested the app first. But the team went all the to accompany our request and developed this feature within a very short time. So so far very good experience and everything seems to work as it should. Great team - great job - great app.

We've been using ToolE Amazon app to manage a large catalog, and it handles high volumes of products really well. The syncing between Shopify and Amazon has been smooth and reliable as our inventory continues to grow. The support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions, assisting us quickly and making sure everything was set up properly. The app works really well and helped solving a lot of stress with Amazon fulfilling process. We have some unique process details and the team worked really well to solve them. Also, the support is really fast and helpfull... one of the best solutions we have on SHopify, for sure

Have been using this app for years, and it works seamlessly with our Amazon and Shopify accounts. Support is amazing, and they will try to accommodate the app to your needs. Installing this for my second store as it is a very reliable app. Highly recommended!

Very easy-to-use app with a super supportive team. The pricing is great for unlimited orders, making it a fantastic value. It’s the best app for fulfilling Amazon MFN orders. The best part is that the support team even implemented a custom function we requested completely free of charge!

This app is a game-changer. Very easy to install and configure, and it started syncing our Amazon orders into Shopify right away. The real-time import works well and definitely helps streamline order management. I also had to reach out to support once, and they responded quickly with immediate assistance, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s been a solid tool so far!

I am amazed by the support we are receiving from this solution. We receive super fast responses with all our inquiries and despite our custom needs ToolE team patiently listened our needs and made changes specific to our site. We are now planning to upgrade to Enterprise edition and completely replace Marketplace Connect with ToolE I strongly suggest switching to this solution.

This app works exactly as promised. It keeps my Amazon orders and catalog in sync without any effort on my side. Everything is reliable and easy to manage. What I appreciate the most is the support team: always quick to respond, kind, and really helpful. A great tool with excellent service.

It makes managing the stock between store and amazon very easy and also the capacity to define an inventory % to be available on amazon and also the pricing % to set above or bellow makes managing the inventory and pricing on amazon very easy. Also I have asked for a feature that I need and they will develop it for us, which is amazing as its like having your own developers.

Very easy to use. Excellent support. Originally tried Marketplace Connect, but it was more expensive and more complicated. Highly recommend as a better alternative.

The app has worked really well. Also when there was an issue the helpdesk was very responsive. I also had a customisation request and within a few days they had fixed it. Very recommended app to connect your Amazon account to Shopify.

This app helped me solve a particular situation, syncing my inventory with multiple Amazon stores. It's really easy to set up, fast syncing, and the support team is simply AMAZING. I'm really happy with the app and the support I get every time I need, solving and attending to my needs incredibly fast.

La aplicación es de 10 pero lo mejor sin duda todo el equipo que hay detrás, no han dudado en hacer todo lo necesario para que la aplicación sea justo lo que necesitaba. Trabajaron duro incluso antes de suscribirme a un plan de pago. Ahora siguen haciendo ajustes e implementando funciones que hacen que esta aplicación sea imprescindible para quienes queremos ahorra tiempo y todo esté en un mismo lugar, todo mucho más ordenado y ágil. Gracias por todo sois fundamentales para vendedores!!!

Highly recommend this app! Like the app's name, it is easy to sync inventory and sales between Amazon and Shopify. Due to the customisation of our store and the nature of our products, we had some requests implemented so that the app could work well with our store. Juanita and Dominique have been assisting me with the development of features to accommodate our store, and I highly appreciate the value they are providing us. Recently, we had some issues with the sync of new accounts on Amazon, and they proactively connected with Amazon to attempt to resolve the issue. For anyone who is looking to connect their Shopify store with Amazon, I highly recommend this app!

Very recommend this APP. Synchronisation of the product quantity and orders works well. Very quick and nice support team very customer orientated. Even customer programming request are possible for an one-time extra fee.
