ment sur le produit il n envoi pas les produits sur amazon faut qu ils soient deja sur amazon.. etrange a quoi il sert alors ?
Les conditions générales de Shopify ne nous autorisent pas la création de produits sur Amazon, donc nous ne pouvons pas en faire la publicité - Il s'agit bien d'une application de produits existants comme le nom de l'application elle-même l'indique. Dommage que vous souhaitiez être la seule personne à nous laisser une mauvaise revue. Shopify's terms and conditions do not allow us to create products on Amazon, so we cannot advertise this feature – This is indeed an app for Easy SYNC existing products, as the name of the app itself. It's a shame that you wish to be the only person to leave us a negative review.

This app is horrible. It doesn't do much of anything even when it decides to work. You must manually do so many things that it is not worth paying for this app. If I change or add inventory in Shopify I must go manually update it in the app which takes forever of refreshing so it's easier sadly to go to amazon and update inventory myself. why have a app? Orders take forever to import if they do at all. I had to manually create 4 orders yesterday because after 5 hours they hadn't come through nor did they show in the app to manually import them! Then when support finally decides I guess to look into this the orders create today. I cancelled them as they are now duplicates. THIS horrid app cancelled them on amazon now my metrics are taking a hit. I hate this app nothing good about it. RUN the other way DO NOT put your seller account in jeopardy. If I could give no stars I would!

Lamento decirles que la atención al cliente es pésima y la información que dan no está corroborada, no la recomiendo para nada, sobre todo el trato y la falta de respeto a los horarios y las citas concertadas es una de lo que más ha sido molesto en este contacto, sin hablar de la perdida de tiempo, ya que tengo más de 3 semanas esperando hablar con el personal de atención al cliente de esta aplicación. Espero poder advertir a los usuarios sobre el mal manejo de nuestro tiempo por esta aplicación. Si Shopify quiere revisar los correo enviados para que se den cuenta de la veracidad de los que establecí aquí. Voy a enviarlos a través de Atención al cliente para que puedan protegernos como usuarios.
