Very Disappointed. The app didn't create a fulfillment service selection for my product so I had to uninstal > reinstall to correct the issue. Upon trying to reinstall I received a 500 error that Shopify was unable to resolve. There is not support for the product and documentation is vague. Now I'll have to dispute charges with credit card company. Just a headache all around. I've spend days trying to resolve the issue without a peep from Shpir.

We’d like to clarify that Shipr does not create a fulfillment service on your Shopify store, nor is this stated anywhere in our documentation. Instead, Shipr uses the inventory location configured within the app and assigns it as the default location for order fulfillment—no additional fulfillment service setup is required. We were a bit disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to assist you before the review was posted. I really would like to like this app, but I still need to give it low rating. The functions are in general totally sufficient für most stores, who want to use MCF. But the biggest downside is, it constantly has issues. I am running this app for about 1 month, and I wrote probably 10 tickets already. Mysteriously the app suddenly stops doing automatic orders without any reason, then sometimes the order is processed but the tracking link is not updated. Everything is connected properly and there is stock available, ist just happens so regularily that for a serious business this service is not reliable enough. Then our valued customers are complaining on our side, that they did not get their package on time or they did not get their tracking link, etc. we suffer and have more workload in the end, because of fail functions of this app. I decided to use this app because the price was lower compared to the more well known apps, but sadly it does not help when it does not deliver what it should. They need to improve this issues very urgently, I am sure I am not the only customer, who experiences the same issues. UPDATE AFTER 4 MONTHS USE: Over the past 4 months there were similar issues that appeared in a regular basis (every 2-3 weeks) Through ticketing system the problems were submitted. The positive point of the app developer is, that they take care of their tickets and try to solve the issue quickly. Eventhough after solving often similar issues appeared, but they kept trying to improve and solve the issue. After 4 months now finally the app is working for 2-3 weeks without any issue. It seems like on my account level they finally were able to solve the major issues, hopefully. So summarized, an app that has good functions that are good enough to run automatic shipping, good price, it has its issues and bugs, but the team will try to solve the issues, even though be prepared that it will take several attempts to solve it.
