Using the app for 5-6 months now and it constantly doesn't work. 1. Now, it doesn't sync ANY ORDERS for the last 3 days. 2. On the top of this, it does NOT add any tracking number upon fulfilment. 3. Constantly loading slowly or not loading at all. 4. Support is useless 5. Does not sync the right quantities when upsell or post purchase app is active. If you use that app you risk loosing your customers, having more refunds and chargebacks for not fulfilled or not added tracking numbers..
While we appreciate your honest review, we feel sad that you did not have a perfect experience with our app. Your critique is valid - we did have a bug with the sync service which prevented the syncing of products.
