Very Disappointed. The app didn't create a fulfillment service selection for my product so I had to uninstal > reinstall to correct the issue. Upon trying to reinstall I received a 500 error that Shopify was unable to resolve. There is not support for the product and documentation is vague. Now I'll have to dispute charges with credit card company. Just a headache all around. I've spend days trying to resolve the issue without a peep from Shpir.

We’d like to clarify that Shipr does not create a fulfillment service on your Shopify store, nor is this stated anywhere in our documentation. Instead, Shipr uses the inventory location configured within the app and assigns it as the default location for order fulfillment—no additional fulfillment service setup is required. We were a bit disappointed that we didn’t get a chance to assist you before the review was posted.
