Ampiflow Multi Store Sync

Unfortunately this app does not work correctly and i've reach out to customer support a few times without a resolution. I installed on my wholesale website to sync with my retail. If something sold on my retail, it wouldn't update on the wholesale and vice versa. Then, I would sync from my wholesale over to the retail and it would create duplicate products in my retail. It hasn't worked from the start and support has not given me a resolution, so I've had to move on and find a new app.

Absolutely fabulous app to help facilitate 3rd party inventory + ensure payments are processed accurately. Never had an issue and would highly recommend.

Ampiflow does not stop "fetching products" which prevents the products from being listed and synced. We have waited months for a fix and keep getting promised it. But, to no avail.

This app shows a lot of potential and features that would be really helpful. I really thought I had hit the jackpot when I came across it! However, it does not work. We tried it across several different stores and it has a persistent bug that prevents it from functioning. We have spent the past 6 months trying to contact support to solve this, but, they have only promised to look at it and have ceased responding all together now. I would encourage users not to download this app and search for alternate solutions.

Gaurav was very helpful and answered all my queries. My messages were responded to promptly. The app is simple yet functional. I am happy but at the same time believe there is lot of scope for enhancements. Gaurav was honest about it. Thats what I appreciate the most. Great customer service and an open mind are assets of this company.

the app works great. we had a few questions and requests during setup. The customer service was immediately available and helped us via zoom video call very well and answered all our questions immediately and solved all problems and challenges easily. I can highly recommend.

Totally awesome! Gaurav Mishra was able to walk me through the process and answer any question I had. After he explained it, I was able to fix things the way I wanted.

Overall great support and the app does what it says with a reasonable price compares to similar products. Awesome support on feature requests as well.

The app has some cool features -- being able to sync by collection and also product mapping with handles. However, lots of these features can only be implemented by contacting the developers. I've been waiting on a response for over a week and have sent multiple follow up emails. While apps like Syncio may not have the same cutting edge features, support is great and they respond same-day. This is absolutely imperative for large scale operations such as ours. Leap has unfortunately lost our business due to this.

Great customer service and support - fantastic work from Gaurav! We had an issue with our syncing across into Shopify and Gaurav was very efficient in helping us out.

I had some issues, but support is amazing, very responsive, and always available to jump on a call to fix things as fast as possible. 5 stars for flawless customer support! Now everything is fixed and I am very happy with the app.

Great app! We've used it to connect to third-party stores, so we receive orders and other stores fulfill them. Orders and inventory sync seamlessly. Guarav and his team's customer support has been above and beyond. They answer questions quickly and thoroughly, help is provided as needed. We've been using it for a couple of months without issue. Glad to have found it!

continuation of the disaster. This app has completely ruined my store. I have to add all the products manually, create a new feed, and new ads. Assign opinions to the products, and create new product groups for swatches. Create upsells. All over again. Support didn't even say sorry. And all I wanted to do was synchronize my inventory. I repeated it several times during chatting with them (wish I could upload photos of that). Please do not use this app under any circumstances.

The most shitty app and the most shitty support ever. It totally destroyed my store, and messed up other apps. The day before I was speaking with the support about my needs so there won't be any problems. And then what? After syncing inventories the app changed everything, titles, descriptions, tags prices, which affect google ads, FB ads, and so on. Totally messed up everything. Fortunately, I exported products before using this app. But to my surprise, I cannot upload the products. Shopify's support says that the app left some code after uninstalling and that is why I cannot import any product. Right now I have zero products in my store. Do not use this app! It should be banned from Shopify store!

Extremely useful app for managing the content between three international sites. Took a little bit of communication with support to iron out some issues but ultimately the app does everything we're looking for. We even asked if it was possible to automatically find/replace internal URLs within different subdomains and Gaurav was extremely helpful- it wasn't something the app did but they've now built it in for us! Probably the best support we've had in many years of using Shopify.

Very good support. Although the app could need some UX improvements it was very simple to use and it does what it should be. Until now: very satisfied! :)
