Honestly they could have done a better work. Reports that you can't customize, not being able to find products with worst performing add to cart rates, basic infos. When asking the customer service he advised me to go on google analytics to create such reports. Then why would I use this app? Anyway useless..

Our app is designed to help Shopify merchants integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and accurately track key eCommerce events like product views, add to cart, checkout, and purchases. It already includes essential reports to help merchants analyze performance easily. To keep the app simple and user-friendly, we don’t include advanced report customization, those can be created directly in Google Analytics. If you’d like help setting up custom reports, our support team is happy to assist. We’ll also consider adding more customization options in future updates as we continue improving the app.
