There were some small initial hick-ups as some of my perceptions were of service were not there right away. However their team is very fast and professional. They helped take control and fixed everything. I will be installing this into two more websites!
Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Our support team only asked you to create a Google Tag Manager account which is necessary for the setup. We do all the setup & validation; that's true. However, we need the accounts to work on. It is pretty easy to set up, and we have in-depth guidance for those actions. You should own the account because of the data-ownership reasons.
