Analizify has been outstanding from start to finish - the setup process was smooth, well-guided, and far less overwhelming than expected for something as technical as GA4 and server-side tracking. What really sets them apart is their customer support: responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is implemented correctly. They helped us troubleshoot issues quickly, ensured our data accuracy improved significantly, and gave us full confidence in our tracking setup. If you’re serious about clean, reliable data and performance tracking on Shopify, this app is absolutely worth it.

Outstanding Experience, Finally a Team That Delivers After working with multiple companies who promised to fix our tracking issues but ultimately fell short, I can confidently say that Analyzify has been a completely different experience in the best way possible. For quite some time, we struggled with inaccurate data, disconnected tracking, and ongoing uncertainty around what was actually working in our marketing. Support does not stop after integration. Analyzify supports, gives advice where asked and helps with every step along the way. It doesn't really matter if you're a beginner or a pro with this kind of support. They take care of everything. Highly recommend it to every Shopify user.

Recently moved to Shopify and was looking a tracking solution with server-side support. After much research I trialed and then went with Analyzify and haven't looked back! The on-boarding and support has been fantastic and we are already seeing much better attribution and data collection. Would highly recommend both the app and the team.

The implementation process was straightforward and quick, and the team has been really supportive throughout. They answered all of our questions and concerns even before we subscribed to a yearly plan, which is a testament to their good service. We went for server-side tracking and so far I can see that our numbers seem more aligned between platforms.

We signed up for Analyzify’s premium plan expecting a professional tracking setup. Our first support ticket was raised on 7 August 2025, followed by repeated follow-ups, yet not a single critical issue has been resolved. Their “premium” support dragged on for weeks until it expired on 16 September 2025 purely because of their delays and lack of competence. Even basic errors in Google Ads cart data tracking remain unresolved. The experience has been extremely frustrating and costly for us. In our view, Analyzify’s technical team is not capable of handling anything beyond a basic setup. We strongly advise other businesses to look for alternative solutions rather than waste money and time here.Today we are uninstalling their app and moving to another provider.

I purchased this plugin the day before yesterday and immediately applied for the Professional Implementation service, which was listed at $295. It said someone would help with the installation within 1–2 business days, but after waiting for two days, nothing happened. In the end, I had to install it myself by following the so-called documentation. Honestly, if this service doesn’t actually exist, please don’t advertise it. I haven’t even started using the plugin yet, and I’m already very disappointed with this service. Up until now, no one has contacted us.

Do not buy, it destroys tracking in Shopify and GA4. Their customer service is as unhelpful as can be. I wish i never went near them ! Instead of fixing issues they made it 100 times worse !

Rated for the support, which is pretty exceptional. Many thanks to Oğulcan for helping me take actions in GTM that I was not sure about doing myself, and which he did perfectly. Highly recommend this app if you want an advance GTM setup, with support, and don't want to risk getting it wrong!
