I’ve been a long-term customer since first installing this app in 2023. In the beginning, everything worked well for a few months, and I was happy with the service. Unfortunately, after that, the app suddenly stopped functioning properly. I chose to stay patient and paid for support to have the issue fixed, even though the problem was not caused on my end. Sadly, the same situation happened again this year. The app stopped working once more, and this time it had a direct impact on my business, causing a significant drop in sales and creating unnecessary stress. As a business owner, reliability is extremely important, especially when your operations depend on the app functioning consistently. After giving it multiple chances over the years, I’ve finally decided to move to a different solution. I genuinely wanted this app to work long-term, but repeated breakdowns and instability made it difficult to continue relying on it for my business. I hope the team improves the platform and support experience for future customers.

Support does not stop after integration. Analyzify supports, gives advice where asked and helps with every step along the way. It doesn't really matter if you're a beginner or a pro with this kind of support. They take care of everything. Highly recommend it to every Shopify user.
Recently moved to Shopify and was looking a tracking solution with server-side support. After much research I trialed and then went with Analyzify and haven't looked back! The on-boarding and support has been fantastic and we are already seeing much better attribution and data collection. Would highly recommend both the app and the team.

Our issue got resolved within a dedicated timeframe. There was very little back-and-forth during the upgrade.
The implementation process was straightforward and quick, and the team has been really supportive throughout. They answered all of our questions and concerns even before we subscribed to a yearly plan, which is a testament to their good service. We went for server-side tracking and so far I can see that our numbers seem more aligned between platforms.

Amazing team and product. Fatos helps me every time to get things setup correctly. Great if you are non technical and need a permanent solution that will always be ahead of the curve.

We signed up for Analyzify’s premium plan expecting a professional tracking setup. Our first support ticket was raised on 7 August 2025, followed by repeated follow-ups, yet not a single critical issue has been resolved. Their “premium” support dragged on for weeks until it expired on 16 September 2025 purely because of their delays and lack of competence. Even basic errors in Google Ads cart data tracking remain unresolved. The experience has been extremely frustrating and costly for us. In our view, Analyzify’s technical team is not capable of handling anything beyond a basic setup. We strongly advise other businesses to look for alternative solutions rather than waste money and time here.Today we are uninstalling their app and moving to another provider.
