Analyzify (GA4 & Ads Tracking)

Great team at Analyzify! They answer my questions and concerns promptly and helped us setup GA4 conversions tracking, especially with our Google Ads to ensure each event is tracked properly. Made it very easy and they even explain why they take certain steps so I'm fully aware of how my events and conversions operate. Highly recommend! Edited Sept. 2024: I'm not sure if the Checkout Extensibility is working as expected after paying for the setup. And, now it's hard to get a response on whether things are working as they should. I'm still waiting on a response that they're still looking into for 2 weeks now.

I've been using Analyzify for several years with the Lifetime plan, and until recently, my experience with the app and the support team had been excellent. Recently, I decided to try the new "server-side tracking" upgrade plan offered to Lifetime customers. Unfortunately, the offering was extremely misleading. The upgrade, which costs a whopping $975, delivers incredibly limited value: for Google Ads, there is no server-side tracking provided at all, and for GA4, only the purchase event is sent via server-side — no other events are supported. The price they're asking is frankly exorbitant compared to what's actually being offered. In the past, Analyzify was much more transparent and honest about their services, but this time their communication was deliberately ambiguous to push customers into purchasing. There are much more complete alternatives available on the market today with a significantly better value proposition. Until Analyzify offers a complete server-side tracking solution at a reasonable cost (covering all events for all services, including Google Ads), there's absolutely no reason to spend so much money on such a limited service. I appreciate that the Analyzify team acted professionally, acknowledged the lack of clarity, and provided a full refund. Analyzify remains a solid product for its core features, but I strongly advise Lifetime users to be cautious and carefully evaluate the server-side upgrade before purchasing. Transparency is essential when asking for such high prices, and in this regard, the company has definitely disappointed.
