Awful experience. You pay $$$ and have to troubleshoot everything with little help, you just get redirected to a bunch of help articles. You have to pay even more $$ to actually have someone come and fix the issues.

Easy to setup and great help through the free onboarding. Görkem was really attentive and answered my questions quickly. Coming from quite complicated platforms, the analyzify simplicity is a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend to any webshop!

We wanted to upgrade our tracking setup to facilitate server-side tracking and to have more control over our tracking data. The setup was very nice, the team is very responsive and quick to solve any issues. We ran into some issues with the combination of our consent app Consentmo, and they've resolved it together with the support of Consentmo. We currently reach our ROAS targets with ease because of the upgraded tracking. Highly recommended!

The setup is quite easy, as the process simply guides you through it. We wanted to move to a more simple setup from our current landscape and implement a straight integration with only google GA4 and Adword and all GDPR stuff needed. The DIY setup to achieve this was super easy. After the initial setup, the team at Analyzify did the audit which is included in the subscription. The level of detail of the audit amazed me and on the couple of questions I still had, the answer was quick and solid. So overall I would highly recommend, due to easy of use and the excellent service!

Multiple implementation issues severely impacted our business As the owner of several Shopify brand stores, I need to share our concerning experience with Analyzify. Despite working with their support team over several months, we encountered persistent technical issues that significantly impacted our business: Conflicting GA4 Properties: The app configured multiple GA4 properties simultaneously, leading to quadruplicate tracking and corrupted analytics data. Screenshots from the Analyzify interface confirmed at least 4 separate properties active for one store. Inconsistent Implementation Methods: Events were configured through contradictory methods (App Embed vs Customer Events), causing the same events to be tracked through multiple mechanisms. Business Impact: This led to Google Ads disapprovals, unreliable conversion data, and significant revenue loss from non-functioning campaigns. Support Response: Despite extensive communication with support from October 2024 through April 2025, these issues were never properly resolved. In January 2025, we received confirmation that "validation process has been successfully completed" despite ongoing issues clearly visible in their interface. Partner Program: I notice they've recently launched a partner program, which seems to acknowledge the complexity of properly configuring their application. This timing is telling - if even Analyzify struggles to properly configure their own application (as our experience suggests), merchants should be wary. If you're considering this app, I strongly recommend ensuring you have technical expertise available to verify the implementation conducted by the Analyzify team and/or any of their partners. Better still, consider staying as close as you can to the native Shopify solution instead. The implementation issues we experienced resulted in significant financial impact due to lost advertising effectiveness and countless hours of troubleshooting - costs no business can afford.

I have implemented Analyzify on 5 websites so far and I am very happy with the results. The ease of integration (I chose the self directed method) and the help from the Analyzify team to make sure everything was correctly done makes this a seamless and worry free process. Even with the recent changes to Shopify enhanced checkout - Analyzify was very quick to help and everything is working perfectly. Highly recommend.
