Super Support, super App, einfach alles spitze!
While the pop-ups look nice and the application functions well, there is a distinct lack of ADA accessibility compliance. When the ADA issues were raised with support staff, we were told that solving this problem was not in their roadmap for this year and that if we wanted them to prioritize fixing the accessibility issues, we'd need to upgrade to a much higher tier (more $$$). As ADA compliance lawsuits are increasing in frequency, I'd caution against installing this on your Shopify store.
Sorry for the misunderstanding. Our support team tried to resolve the issue right away with a custom fix for your store. Therefore, they asked you to upgrade to a plan that includes custom development. Accessibility remains a top priority. Earlier, there were some ADA accessibility issues that required improvements. We have since made major updates, and the app is now fully ADA compliant. We also reached out multiple times to follow up, but we were unable to reconnect.

Quando precisei de suporte, nunca obtive retorno. Estou utilizando as funcionalidades do app mas não da maneira que queria e que o próprio app oferece.

Easy to use app, we use it for all our popups and banners. Support is quick and efficient, Bashar did a great job with our setup!

insatlled. created a popup that collected email addresses but not provide the promised coupon code I created in the app. Instead it would just be thinking and never provide the code to the user. I unintalled it
