It does not work for targeting like it says it does, and it does not work for being able to run in specific categories. I've tried to contact customer support several times, they just blame me and say that I'm not using it correctly or don't know how to use it.

However, you contacted our support three times in the past two months, and each time we responded almost immediately, explained the issue, and offered to help you set up your campaigns. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you on any of those occasions. If you need help setting up your campaigns, please feel free to let us know.
We can no longer recommend the app for two reasons. Unfortunately, it is increasingly slowing down the online shop. The second problem is that at some point the plans were changed and since then, when the impressions are exceeded, all banners are deactivated. The next step will be raised from 50,000 to 150,000 impressions, making the plan twice as expensive. We will look for a more cost-effective alternative.
We're sorry about your negative experience. Our app is optimized for speed and loads only after your page is fully loaded. If campaigns appear slowly, something else may be affecting your store's performance. Our technical team can investigate if you'd like. Regarding the plan change, we've sent you an email proposing a solution. Please check it and let us know your thoughts.
The support sucks. I told them the app is not working after the 7 day trial. My customers are not getting the code after visiting my site! No responded. If they charge the 8.99. I will dispute it since I am not getting what's promised to me!!

While the pop-ups look nice and the application functions well, there is a distinct lack of ADA accessibility compliance. When the ADA issues were raised with support staff, we were told that solving this problem was not in their roadmap for this year and that if we wanted them to prioritize fixing the accessibility issues, we'd need to upgrade to a much higher tier (more $$$). As ADA compliance lawsuits are increasing in frequency, I'd caution against installing this on your Shopify store.
Could be one in few, but nothing in the app's interface worked. I was only able to change what the text said, and nothing else. I tried several times and different browsers. - Ben

This app was bugging (the bar kept moving all over the page as i scrolled) so i deleted it, thing is, IT'S STILL STUCK ON THE PAGE. I installed to get rid of it, NOW THERE'S TWO BARS STUCK ON MY PAGE. STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE APP.
We are sorry to hear this! Your bar kept moving with the scroll because this is an option you've chosen in the app. You can delete or create multiple bars with our app; therefore, you've seen two bars in the same page. We've already sent you an email to see if you need any help to set up your bar.
